“I have been seeing Hana for over two years and initially for a calf injury that cramped every time I walked. When I first came to see her I struggled with mobility, and my spine and core were weak. My posture was also being affected as my shoulders were rounding. Through yoga, stretching, and weight training, my calf injury is healed I have more range of motion and I have improved my  posture and I feel my back and core are stronger.
