In our Functional Training program, our focus is on revitalizing muscular function, particularly for older adults and clients managing chronic injuries. The first step is pinpointing the client's current starting point. This applies not only to their strength but also to their mobility, agility, balance and coordination
Facia release / Mobility Training
Unlocking the potential of strength training begins with restoring mobility. This approach aims to facilitate more even tensile forces on the joints, allowing for a fuller range of motion with reduced restrictions. Our aim is to then strengthen the body while assisting individuals in reclaiming functional movement for smoother daily activities.
Strength / Balance / Functional Training
We will design a comprehensive regimen that progressively challenges every muscle group. Our approach involves integrating newfound strength into functional movements through a series of combination exercises. By focusing on this method, we ensure that each client not only strengthens their body but also enhances their overall movement capabilities and day to day activities. This tailored approach is aimed at regaining function lost due to inactivity, aging or injury.
